LAND SCAPING

Landscaping

Landscaping is the activity that modifies the visible features of an area of land, .This is the art and craft of growing plants with a goal of creating a beautiful environment .This is also called GARDENING also

It varies according to different regions. If it is done for the first time  understanding of the site is one of the chief essentials for successful landscaping. Different natural features like ground, topography (graphic representation of the surface of land), soil qualities, prevailing winds, depth of the frost line, and the system of plants and animals must be taken into account. Sometimes the land is not fit for landscaping. In order to landscape it, the land must be reshaped. This reshaping of land is called grading.

Landscaping requires expertise in HORTICULTURE. It is the branch of agriculture which deals with art, science ,technology , business of growing plants, cultivation of medicinal plants, fruits vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouts, mushrooms, flowers, seaweeds, and non-food crops such as grass ornamental trees and plants and artistic designs
The main feature in landscaping is knowledge of seasonal flowers.

So LAND SCAPING plays the pivotal part in boosting the venue. So we we do it by creating
1 Mounts with sitting gazebos in lawn .
2 Flowery statues
3 Water activities(ripples creation,waterfalls , fountains etc)
4 Highlight these with indirect illumination for night view

5 Civil work is also involved to create artificial trees ,Gazebos with wooden look on the tree

WATER ACTIVITY

WOOD LIKE CONSTRUCTION

HEART SHAPE FLOWER POTS

EARTHEN ORNAMENTAL  FLOWER POTS

ARTISTIC PASSAGE

UNIQUE PLANTATION IN LOGS & SHAPING

GRASS DESIGNING

Removal of earth from the land is called cutting while when earth is added to the slope, it is called filling. Sometimes the grading process may involve removal of excessive waste , soil and rocks, so designers should take into account while in the planning stage.
