small small things in life it means we have not learnt anything from this holy

at two places one in kids 2nd in pets because they return more than
we give them. In human society the return is less than expected so is the cause
of disturbance but we cannot live without it so we should remove expectation

Meditation is to detach our self from the rest of the world and move to
